Watercolor Wishes does not implement a refund and returns policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All exchange shipping costs are customers responsibility.

All personalized or theme cards are not accepted from being exchanged.

Exchanges are on a personalized case basis only and must be approved by management. Please do not send your purchase back to Watercolor Wishes.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at www.watercolorowishes@gmail.com
